We require this contact information in order to continue communicating with you. This consent is assumed for existing members and will remain so until we are otherwise informed.

For all new members, filling in a membership form requires them to agree to us holding contact details on file.

Currently, we hold the following data about members, supporters and other interested parties on our contact list: Names, email addresses, home addresses and phone numbers, where such information has been imparted to us.

We hold this data only for the purposes of administering memberships and sending out information about our activities. The data is NEVER shared with third parties.

At any time you are entitled to ask us what information we hold on you by contacting us at info@shrewsburycivicsociety.co.uk or in writing.

Should you wish to delete your contact information from our files and not receive communications from the Shrewsbury Civic Society, or should you wish to resign your membership, please notify us immediately by contacting us at info@shrewsburycivicsociety.co.uk or in writing.
